Cookie policy
In brief
The site does not set cookies — neither its own nor third-party ones. That is why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to ask consent for.
What we checked
| Technology | Result |
|---|---|
| Cookies | Not set (checked in the browser after viewing pages, searching and submitting the subscription form). |
| localStorage and sessionStorage | Not used: after viewing pages, searching and navigating, browser storage is empty. |
| Third-party scripts | None. Analytics is disabled. |
| Embeds (video, social media, maps) | None. |
| Fonts and images | Served from our own server, with no requests to third-party CDNs. |
| Subscription form | Submitted to our server; creates no cookies. The address is passed to the newsletter service only after the form is submitted. |
Preferences
The site uses no optional technologies, so there is nothing to configure. If you want to restrict websites further, you can do so in your browser settings — this will not affect how FIELDNOTES works.
If anything changes
If the site adopts technologies that require consent, we will update this document and add a choice panel with equally prominent “Accept,” “Reject optional” and “Customize” buttons, and you will be able to reopen the settings from the site footer. Optional scripts will load only after you make your choice. For how subscriber data is processed, see the privacy policy.
